Your intentions are powerful keys to your evolution. You are encouraged to dedicate space before the session to contemplate what you would like to understand, shift, or evolve through the session. Bring two to four questions or intentions and your open heart, and Spirit will meet you with love and compassion.

A Note on Working Together

If we have not worked together before, I offer sessions on a one-at-a-time basis. This allows each meeting to be complete in itself—potent, present, and not dependent on a prescribed process.

That said, if our first session reveals a resonance and a readiness for ongoing mentorship and/or healing, a longer-term container may be discussed. Any continuation would unfold organically, through mutual alignment and clear energetic agreement.

I also facilitate group containers for growth, education, and spiritual development.

These spaces are attuned to the intelligence of the collective field. Group work moves through the principle of spiritual osmosis—each person’s awakening opens portals for the whole.
